Jonathan A. Grode directs the immigration law practice for Green and Spiegel in the U.S. He assists startup companies, professional workers, artists, entertainers and researchers with all aspects of immigrant and non-immigrant employment visas. He also works with EB-5 visas and regional centers on various immigration issues. His experience also includes dealing with enforcement actions brought by the DOL and ICE. As an Adjunct Professor at Temple Law, Mr. Grode teaches Advising Multinational Corporations and Business Immigration Law. He also Co-Chairs the ABA Labor and Employment Law Section Immigration Committee.

The firm will provide an initial consultation to analyze a specific immigration case and to review relevant documentation, as well as to advise of possible immigration options, estimated time frames and costs. The $250 cost of this initial consultation will be credited to a client's first invoice if the firm is thereafter engaged for representation.

I also have substantial experience assisting international medical graduates and research scientists with J-1 waiver issues, H-1B and O-1 employment visas, and extraordinary ability and PERM-based green card sponsorship. To date, I have successfully assisted more than 300 international medical graduates obtain "State 30" J-1 waivers.
